Post Tour Blues
We’ve got the post-tour blues. It was so hard to write a workout but I had a few great new songs in mind and came up with this great workout. Before the last song I pointed out that we had no sprints more than 20 seconds and no hill higher than an 8. We all agreed we were slaughtered despite those facts 🙂
